Swarming honey bees
A large swarm of thousands of wild honey bees gather on the limb of an oak tree on a hillside near Elkton in southwestern Oregon on Sunday, June 25, 2017. Swarming is the process by which a new honey bee colony is formed when the queen bee leaves the colony with a large group of worker bees.
