Bullfrog bonanza

A group of immature bullfrogs gather in a shallow stretch of the Umpqua River near Elkton in western Oregon on Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018. Bullfrogs are native to the central and eastern United States and are considered an invasive species in Oregon. They impact water quality and prey upon many native turtles, frogs and snakes.

Apple of my eye

Picked a basket of apple today and decided to make a pie. We have golden delicious, jonathan, and gravenstein trees. 
Added a few slices of plums and a sprinkle of cinnamon on the top. It was amazing.
