Pucker up
A wild black-tailed deer doe feeds on a bitter quince fruit alongside a country road near Elkton in southwestern Oregon on Sunday, Aug. 21, 2016. A quince is a sour pear-like fruit used in many cultures to make make jams, jellies, wines, liqueurs and other dishes.
