Hungry banana slug

A large banana slug feeds on a crabapple petal in the front yard of a home near Roseburg, Ore., on Friday, April 19, 2013.  Found in northern California and the Pacific Northwest, banana slugs can grow up to nearly 10 inches long. They are the second largest air breathing terrestrial slugs in the world.
