Roosevelt elk rut in Oregon

A  wild Roosevelt elk displays for a female as they stand in a field at a wildlife viewing area near Reedsport on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016. With the start of the mating season, the large bull elk was keeping a close eye on the females in the herd. Elk bulls generally weigh between 700 and 1100 pounds.

Lily, our Border Collie cross, loves to climb trees. I took her and Cocoa for a walk in the woods this morning and Lily went full monkey.

Charging Bull on Wall Street

Visited New York a few weeks ago.
A young girls is helped down, as tourists gather for photos at the Charging Bull statue in the Financial District of New York City. The bull statue has been on display in the area since 1989 when it was placed by artist Arturo Di Modica following the 1987 stock market crash.
Some visitors prefer the other end of the statue. A tourist poses for a photo with the large bronze testicles of the Charging Bull.
