No, it's not a beaver sent from rival Oregon State University. It's a large invasive nutria feeding along the bank of a small creek 2 blocks from the University of Oregon campus in Eugene on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2017. Originally native to subtropical and temperate South America, nutria (also called coypu) have since been introduced to North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

YOUTHvGOV: Case management conference

The youth and attorneys had just completed a case management conference in the landmark federal lawsuit brought by 21 young plaintiffs against the federal government. The lawsuit is being litigated by attorneys with the non-profit legal firm Our Children's Trust.

The Our Children's Trust legal team leaves the courthouse. The case asks the federal government to implement a science-based climate change recovery plan.
