All creatures great and fall

The late afternoon sun highlights fall foliage as a wild black-tailed button buck walks in a field along a country road near Elkton in rural western Oregon on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020. A button buck is a male fawn six months of age or younger. He's called a button buck because though his antlers haven't yet grown, two bumps or "buttons" have emerged on top of his head.
