| We had a visit from a Ruger LCR .38 Special +P revolver in my Roseburg, Ore., photography studio the other day. Shooting the mostly black revolver on a black background was a challenge, but it turned out pretty nice. |

| No longer as popular as semi-automatic pistols, revolvers continue to be used as backup guns by American law enforcement and for personal protection. Due to the gun's reliability and simplicity revolvers are also popular as concealed weapons. Many gun stores in the United States are running low on firearms and ammunition. Gun buyers have been stocking up due to fears that stricter gun control laws may soon go into effect. |
