The great snowstorm of 2019
I've been offline for a while due to a massive snow storm which crippled Douglas County, Oregon on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2019. Power, phone internet out. The shelter is offering hot showers, food, water, snacks, cots, and a place to charge cell phones for the people in the area. Here Lilly and her mom Terry check in to use the shower facility. |
