A few favorite moments from Kyle and Ivory's wedding near Roseburg, Ore. last Saturday.
I'm a Roseburg, Ore., based wedding, commercial, nature, and editorial photographer. Check out my website.

My photo booth was a huge hit at the reception.

A little buggy

Insects climb on daisies blooming along Highway 138 near Sutherlin, Ore., on Monday, June 27, 2011. Thousands of cheerful wild daisies grow along the roadside in the area.

Out of time

A man talking on a cell phone walks past a mural in downtown Cottage Grove, Ore., on Tuesday, June 21, 2011.  The small western Oregon city of Cottage Grove, with a population of about 9500,  is the home to 21 murals located in downtown that reflect the history of the community.

Roseburg wedding photo booth

The photo booth was epic at Tyrone and Alison's wedding in Roseburg on Saturday.
I use an open design with my photobooth which allows for lots of interaction and extra people in the booth.
My photo booth prints out double-sided photo strips in 15 seconds.
An album and online gallery are provided with every photo booth rental.
The props are optional and you can always bring your own.

I also offer full wedding photography services from my Roseburg based photo studio.  Check my website to see my portfolio.

The photo booth is great fun at wedding receptions and any social gathering.  Check my website for rates.  I still have some open dates for this summer.  The booth is also great at Halloween, Christmas, and New Year's parties.

Horsing around

Horses feed in a daisy filled pasture near Drain, Oregon.  I love the look of this and I think I'll go back before the flowers fade.

National attention

A couple my photos from several years ago are getting some national usage.  When I worked at The Daily Inter Lake in Kalispell, Montana we covered the David Burgert and Project 7 stories.  Mr. Burgert is out of prison and back in the news and my photos of him and his weapons are getting play in newspapers all over the country. Here are a few: NY Newsday, LA Times, the Atlanta Journal and Constitution, The Daily Inter Lake, and the Palm Beach Post.

The LA Times
From The Daily Inter Lake
In some of the file video footage of the original standoff, like this video on msnbc.com, I'm visible standing on the side of the road.

Deer crossing

Check out my little deer photo on msnbc.com in the week's Animal Tracks gallery.

Who's a pretty bird?

A group of turkey vultures congregate on a newly cut hay field near Roseburg, Ore., on Tuesday, June 14, 2011.  The turkey vulture, also know as the turkey buzzard or just buzzard, is the most widespread vulture in North and South America. The carrion eating scavenger has few natural predators. Its primary form of defense is regurgitation of semi-digested meat, a foul substance which deters most enemies.

Little cutie

I found another blacktail deer fawn this evening. He's such a cutie with his big eyes and eyebrows.
Check out more of my animal and nature photos here.  Reprints are available from the gallery.

Tiny prancer

A very small blacktail deer fawn stands on little used country road near Oakland, Ore.,  in the early morning on Friday, June 10, 2011.  The mother will come back to collect her little treasure when the coast is clear.

Robin Hood and his martial arts men

The Roseburg Martial Arts Academy demo team stopped in at my studio for a few fun photos on Tuesday.  The team recently took second place at a regional martial arts competition in Seattle.
The team performed a martial arts skit with a Robin Hood theme.  That's Robin on the right.

The team is made up of advanced black belts and intermediate students.

The entire team with their 2nd-place trophy.  Next year I bet they take first place.
